The owner of the online store is STARIUM.CX™, hereinafter referred to as seller.

I. Placing an order

[001] Orders can only be submitted via the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The condition of the order fulfillment is the correct filling of the order form, selection of the chosen form of delivery and payment and sending of the completed order from the purchase panel.
[002] The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by the seller. The buyer receives an email with the specified products, forms of payment and delivery.
[003] The store reserves the right to withdraw from the sale of certain products or change the price of products without prior notice to the customer.
[004] The seller reserves the right to reject the order if the order form is completed incorrectly, the transaction will not be authorized in the payment system Płatności.pl (in case of card payment), the buyer will not transfer the required amount to the seller’s account within the specified time) or shipment will not be received from the Polish post / courier.
[005] The prices quoted by the seller are expressed in PLN, EUR and in USD including the applicable VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices without informing the ordering party, apart from the prices of contracts being processed. If the price given in the confirmation is different from the price shown in the online shop, the ordering party has the right to resign from the order.
[006] In the case of unavailability of goods in the warehouse, the contracting authority is informed about this, and may decide on partial fulfillment, extension of the waiting period and also the right to resign from the order.
[007] The buyer has the possibility to cancel the purchase at every stage of order placement.

II. Order fulfillment / shipping costs

[001] We send the order to the address given in the order directly after the completion.
[002] Time of receipt of order = time of order fulfillment + delivery time.
[003] Availability of goods means the time of order fulfillment, may have the following indications:
* available in stock – the product is in our stock.
* available up to 7 business days – the product is hard to reach and must be returned.
* available on request – the product is available on request.
* temporarily unavailable – product is not currently available.
[004] The availability check informs how many working days are usually elapsed from the time the order is placed to the time of completing the ordered products and preparing them for shipment.
[005] Delivery time is usually the next working day after dispatch for courier delivery or 2-5 business days for courier delivery via DPD courier.
[006] In case of a payment by bank transfer, the time of receipt is extended by the time of the transfer.
[007] If your order is not currently available, we will notify you by email or phone. Then you can choose between waiting for the nearest delivery, selecting another similar product or a refund.
[008] The buyer is informed about sending the ordered goods in a separate email.

[010] STARIUM.CX™, ships to international countries, please email us if you are unsure about the delivery fees for your country. Customer is responsible for all customs duties taxes & fees.

III. Guarantees and refunds

[001] Everything included in the offer is brand new and free from physical defects and also legally introduced into the global market.
[002] In case of a complaint, the buyer is obliged to send the goods and cover the shipping cost. Returned goods must include a written description of a fault. Once the complaint is investigated and positively assessed, the buyer is reimbursed for the shipping cost. The payment is sent through a bank transfer to an account provided by the buyer.
[003] In accordance with Article 7 of the Act of 2 March 2000 (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271), the customer has the right to return the purchased goods in the unaltered state without having to give up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Return of goods takes place at the return cost.
[004] Mechanical damage resulting from incorrect use is not recoverable.
[005] The cost od delivery and return of the goods will not be refunded.
[006] Returned goods can’t bear any traces of use, and must include the original packing with original labels.

IV. Data protection, security of purchases.

[001] According to the Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997 we inform you that your personal data is stored in the STARIUM.CX™, data set.
[002] Placing an order at www.starium.cx requires consent for the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883).
[003] These data will be processed for order fulfillment and for marketing purposes.
[004] Customer data is not passed on to third parties.
[005] The customer has the right to access the data, correct it and request that it is stopped from being processed.

V. Final provisions.

[001] The purchaser agrees to use their personal data.
[002] The shop reserves the right to change the regulations.
[003] The court responsible for dealing with disputes related to the contract is the court competent for the defendant or the court competent for the place of performance of the contract.
[004] The buyer accepts the terms of these regulations.
